Frequently Asked Questions

If you mark all of my email with "[SPAM]" in the subject area, what do i do when it gets to my Outlook?

You can either delete it directly, or move it to a folder of its own where you can view and delete it a later date. Moving to a folder of its own keeps your Inbox clean with only your important messages. The easiest way to either delete or move messages is to do it automatically with a Rule in your email client.

Why are some SPAM messages still getting through and what can I do about it?

While our filtering software if very good and updated regularly, the companies producing SPAM are working very hard to beat all filtering software. We are continually updating our databases with information about new SPAM servers and types of messages. You can help by sending us the headers from the email messages you get that contain SPAM. We can then add the information to our database. Click here to send us the headers from your SPAM email messages.

How can I get the headers from my email that is either marked incorrectly as SPAM or from SPAM that has gotten through the filters?
